Bengkulu provincial government buys out 36 MSME products at World Cup final watch party
Thousands of products were handed out free in Simpang Lima, while TVRI logged more than 120 watch-party sites across Bengkulu.
The Bengkulu provincial government bought up all products from 36 MSMEs selling at a watch-party bazaar for the 2026 World Cup final in the Simpang Lima area of Bengkulu City on Sunday (19/7). The products were then distributed free to residents who packed the site to watch Spain face Argentina. Bengkulu Secretary Herwan Antoni said the MSME stalls were provided free of charge as part of efforts to make public events not only entertaining, but also a boost for local business owners. The event also featured entertainment, a joint prayer, aid for orphaned children, staple food packages and door prizes. TVRI Bengkulu recorded more than 120 watch-party locations for the final spread across regencies and cities in the province.
